im usually good on the tornados. they hit mid to western NC and some other states. i just have to worry about hurricanes

it was very nice. perfect weather, warm no rain. couldn't ask for better. except that my shoes were a size too small...

hurricanes haven't been that bad to you guys over the years.

not in the past 4-5 years. but when they do come, we get hit pretty hard. if you look at a map of the US, Wilmington is sitting on almost a peninsula jutting out into the atlantic. we are the furthest eastern point on the continent from here, south. so when the hurricane follows the water up the coast, we get slammed. generally the outter banks to my north get it worse though...
