The worst so far, don't know if i mentioned this before was this guy in what clearly is a Ford Expedition w/ Mazda 9 all over it... which means going further than your average badge swapping, he went to a completely different brand, & then to top it off created his own model... i could only imagine he got a bunch of Mazda 6 badges & inverted them!!
Legendary FAIL!!
I really dont understand, are there people really that stupid on this earth??
A couple of thoughts on rebadging. I think an ok rebadge would be camery to lexus es, as long as that included different wheels. Thats one I would do If I had to drive a camery. Another ok rebadge is the Dodge sprinter van. It is 100% Mercedes Benz other than the dodge emblems on the hood, steering wheel and back door.
I think rebadging a car with Transformers stickers is worse...

as i understand it, only the motor is actually MB in the Sprinter, and not all of the Sprinters have the MB motor.
That may be true for the current models, I haven't got a close look at those but my service van is an 05 and it is all Benz. From what I have been told they are built in Germany and they pull the engine out and and ship them over as a kit car to avoid tax. could be BS it's just what the dealer told me.

On second look, I see what you're saying about this van...but, I still don't like the rebadging idea just on principle alone.

Sorry man, but i have no idea how this would be acceptable?? the camry and ES are very distinctive in their looks and both the camry and ES are sold here...so, i dont see any reason to rebadge.

Well I would agree it would be more involved than a rebadge but to me the cars look simular enough that you could walk away from a junkyard with enough parts to get rid of the boring family car look. Not that the es is that much better, but I gaurentee theres a few pimped out lexuses rolling around that started out as a toyoya. I know a complete transformation would be extremely difficult as even the etching on the glass says lexus.
