I know that some people don't like this dude but I think he's aiiiggghhht.

At least he's getting something done with the crisis in the middle east. I hope they start the road to peace and live happily after but I doubt it.

I feel that Jimmy Carter has accomplished more after his Presidency than during it. While I think that Carter can get concessions and a solid relationship between Hamas and Israel that ignores all the other more militant and more extreme groups out there. Those groups will not let the peace stand. Hamas needs to take care of those guys before there will be peace.

I like Jimmy a lot. I'd love to have a meal with him and just talk about all kinds of stuff.

Yeah, he's done more out of his presidency than he did while he was President. Of course he wasn't meant to be President back then, had Gerald Ford not pardoned Nixon, it would of been Ford re-elected.

I was reading a smidge more about this. Hamas has put a condition of only 10 years on the truce..........sketchy bidness.

so at the end of 10 years it is bombs away again? That doesn't make sense if you really want peace..
