so I took some adderal to focus on my bio final tomorrow. Question............

should i take another adderal during the test to recall information? Or is it not needed?

do u know what mg the pills are? if you take too many in a short period of time, it will really screw you up. i did, and was up for like 36 hours straight. it sucked.

taking the first one will help you to concentrate and stay focused, it wont really help u remember. so taking another wont bring all the info back to you. but it will help you focus on the test. i would say its not necessary unless you're really sleepy before the test.

Eat a can of tuna. I've read that it's suppose to help your memory.

Sounds really stupid, but just a GOOD night of sleep actually will do a lot!

just say no to drugs. Drink a cup of coffee right before the test. It is supposed to help with your memory....and get a good nights sleep prior to the test..drugs are never the answer my friend
