maybe I'm confused zero.. what type of music do you like when you work out? Personally, I like high energy, fast paced aggressive kinda stuff in my ear when I'm lifting. If you are looking for something to listen to while you are doing your spinning, assorted aerobics or just doing your basic richard simmons VHS workout, I think the other members of this forum have given you a lot of excellent suggestions.

haha. That is about how much cardio I do...I usually warm up on the treadmill or bike for 5-7 minutes just to get the blood flowing before I lift and usually I will do a 20-30 minute cardio blast once a week. On leg days I usually lift with lighter weight and a fast pace so it gets the heart rate up...other than a few minutes as a warm down after lifting that is all I do. If I do too much cardio I lose some serious weight (I am more of an ectomorph)...
