Our political process is a joke! We might as well publicize that we want Osama Bin Laden to become our next president. Then maybe we could have him come out of hidding for once. We sure hell know we can't find him any other way.
We should send out a challenge to Osama. Tell him, hey come be our president. For a day, because you'll be the first pres. to be hung within 24 hrs of taking the seat, but hey, think about what you could do for your Akmed. Be a "real" solider and take one for the boys. Sit on the thrown for a day and then go meet akmed at the big camel sale in the sky. Be a marter. Huh??? Did I say it???!!!
If we could pull this off it'd be the first time I'd be happy to see someone take the presidency for once.

all politicians will at some point make a promise that they can't keep, difference is, there are those who make these promises in order to win nominations, and those who cannot fulfill their promises because of the other party getting in the way.
The least scary realistic option is McCain sadly. Maybe I'm short sighted but I could give a damn about a candidate's foreign policy if they don't respect the laws of the US; and all of front runners (but Clinton and Obama in particular) fall short there by a large margin.
