Should I ship to this "unverified address" according to paypal?

Something seems sketcy. I listed an ECU for bid on ebay. The winning bidder has a zero rating, registerd 3 days ago, and now his paypal payment is also sketchy.

The ship to address listed on ebay is different then whats on paypal shipping address. The ebay provided address says Los Angeles, CA, while the paypal shipping address is Moreno Valley CA.

I think I am going to hold for a couple days before shipping.

I think that just an unverified address would be fine if the buyer had a rating of better than 0...the two of them together in addition to just signing up for ebay seem to be a bit sketchy. Email the guy and tell him to verify his address through paypal. It only takes a minute to do. If the guy is legit then he will do it..

just too risky. if you ship to an unverified address you have no protection against him making a claim to get his money back... so you could be out the ecu and the cash.

not worth it - relist.

I'd get payment via USPS money order or tell him to hit the highway.

i wouldnt bother with him. contact ebay so you can relist it for free
