Aaahhh.........it's OK. I'm really waiting on the SABR (308 Win, gas piston, AR-10) from LWRC. Also up are the Magpul Masada and hopefully later this year the FN FAL (civie version).
Sig isn't as tight as the AR is, but I believe it was done that way on purpose. The Sig is definitely I'd feel more comfortable taking on an extended trip as it's design is very simple, the tolerances aren't super tight, and it's a gas piston.

The Masada is now the Bushmaster ACR, not a lot of people are happy about that both from a $$$ aspect and Bushmaster's track record of QC.
There will be no new FALs. The DSA clones are the closest you'll get. FNH doesn't even own the tooling anymore for them. The SCAR however should be slick.

My bad, I meant the civie SCAR. As far as the Bushie goes, so long as Magpul is clear in their tolerances expected I don't see any issues with who produces the gun.
