I'm into the bul-pup design and the integrated scope. I also like the magazine design and the way you can interchange the barrels (short or longer barrels).
Might check out the FN FS2000 then, it doesn't have the interchangeable barrels, but it's in the same price range as the AUG clones and has been proven.

The design has never really appealed to me and the pricing of the clones (last I saw was in the 2K area w/o any markup) there's other options I'd rather go with. But having variety is a good thing!
The Microtech is something like $2,100 or $2,500 for the kit (firearm + 3? extra mags + knife/sheath + hardcase). Definitely one should buy the kit because the extra $400 is worth the extras you get with the Microtech.

The Microtech allows you to switch between left & right ejection. However I don't like the way the casinds eject right by your face. The Microtech's integral scope/handle is set too low. It's just about impossible to get a good sighting through the scope, luckily you can pull the handle and put the optics of your choice on it.
If I could, just about the only bullpup I'd look at would be the Tavor, but they'll never make it into the US.

^^^I gotta get me a Nevada ID so I can buy the fun stuff anyways.
Just move to a state that actually trusts its residents some to be responsible!

One of the local gun shops has a MSAR in with a price tag of $2,200 + tax if paying with cash. Didn't ask what all else came with it as it was stupid busy in there; guess their new location is really helping business. It felt pretty comfortable holding it up to my shoulder and getting a sight picture through the included scope was surprisingly easy (I usually have issues with scopes). Could be/probably is because it's brand spankin' new and never been fired and with little racking of it; but the action felt rough when cycling it by hand. Can't comment on trigger feel as I don't like dry firing a gun I'm not going to buy.
Also looked at a 556 Swat they had, and I really like the way it feels. It feels 'right' where the regular 556 with the polymer frontend didn't. Action was super smooth for having never been racked (the plug Sig puts in between the bolt and barrel was still in place). Didn't get it but was tempted; still want to hold off till the SCAR is released this fall.
And I nearly walked out with a 91/30. Price was right, furniture was in great shape and was a beautiful yellow/brown finish rather than the typical dark brown/red. If I'd had a bore light with me to inspect the rifling I probably would have gotten it; may go back next week and take another look at it if it's still there.
