How long is the course that teaches you guys to ignore your customers? Is there really a course, or do they just lock you in a room and leave you?
good question. it usually happens when i actually need help with something. when i know exactly what i want on the other hand, i get quite a few reps come out and say, "can i help you?"

Why is it that Best Buys only hires young/fat/grungy lookings kids. I mean I have yet to see a single individual that's clean cut and within normal weight standards. They're all showing ass cracks and lugging huge beer bellies, and this is just the women. What gives???

I think they keep em busy with free donuts or something. I think there's a store policy that you have to be 50lbs. overweight to service customers there.
