basically......the shift has definitely been away from buyin somethin JUST bc of the name. at least for anyone with style.

I feel ya. We get a lot of that around here. Pretty much any Asian restaurant around LA has a Latino cook. So there goes that notion of authentic Asian food. Good thing is we should be having a lot of fusion Latino/Asian restaurants opening up real soon.
