Who's producing electricity for one. How is he getting gas? If eveyrone is gone who is producing all this stuff? The biggest problem I had was how the mutants followed him home after that incident at the pier. How come they hadn't followed him home before? With him capturing mutants for his experiments they obviously knew he was there.
He was manually pumpin' the gas himself, wouldn't take much but to break the seal of the underground resevoirs & siphon the sh*t, gas for years!!
Electricity, dude had his own generators, not like he has to buy them!!
He was using vinegar to mask his scent... when ol' girl saved him, he was telling her not to let the Dark Seekers track them, but much like your average woman, she didn't understand... that's how they followed him!!

the mutant thing they answer and they answer it good.. i just forget what it was... i think he was out too late and they saw him go in.. otherwise theyd have no idea where to find him nor did they have the intelligence.
the other questions i just thought of.. they might have answered, but who knows.... i guess he could have taken from other cars.. but doesnt gas go bad after a year????
watched it again last nite on blu-ray...
all of our "questions" are pretty much answered.... except i noticed some other things that didnt make sense... all in all awesome movie tho.
wasnt crazy about the alternate "controversial" ending....
