Workout plan is workin out good had to take a little time off because I had to switch gyms. I should be back in business by next week

that's what marketing should be all about with movies. most trailers lately tell us the whole story before we even get to the movie. Cloverfield at least gets the viewer asking questions, namely, what the hell is this movie about?

Finally saw the movie. Movie was OK and I think was probably not better than Omega Man, but did some interesting things that Omega Man didn't.

Ended up reading I am Legend and it's interesting how both remakes made revisions to the original book.

i saw the movie a while back, but since i havent been around, I couldn't say anything about it.

i thought the movie was real good, but I was a little bit iffy on the end. they could've made the end a lot more interesting.

anyways, did anyone else see the superman vs. batman logo on one of the billboards??? i guess they really ARE going to make this movie

Also in the book Neville is never a scientist although he tries to work on a way to solve the issue of the infection (more as a way to kill them at first).

There were two types: (1) the already dead that came back as the vampire/zombie and also the (2) not dead, but infected vampire/zombie. In the book the #2 would degenerate into the #1 case. However, the #2 found a way to halt the progression of the disease (through some kind of drug) and while they were able to stay out in sunlight a bit ultimately they still suffered from the thirst for blood.

The #2 bunch was to start up a new world order and Neville was the last of the original human race. They were going to try Neville and thought of him as worse than the all dead vampires (#1s). He ends up killing himself before they try him and realizes that the new breed would talk about him like he was the Boogeyman......in other words "I am Legend." Book ends there.

It's not touchy feely enough. Americans like happy endings and this wouldn't go over well.

Chinese guys however love the shittiest most sad endings in the world, they would want the way it ends in the book.

well, he could've let the lady (which he should've banged, what a fool) escape, and THEN killed himself.

technically, he did kill himself, but maybe more closely resembling the book would've been a higher grade in the badass scale.

In the book if he didn't look at the blood sample from the lady, he could've sausaged her for a good couple of days and run off.
