When it comes to these types of rifles, about the only thing I can buy is a Springfield Match rifle or a Ruger Mini-14 or Mini-30. I actually like the Ruger Mini-14/30. You could really mod the hell out of them and make them shoot quite accurately. They take good punishment too.
If I had disposable income, that would probably be my next purchase. I'd make it illegal as all hell Not fully auto, just California illegal.

I thought California had the Mini-14 banned specifically?
Don't think you'd have to do much to make a 416/417 Cali illegal; C'mon it's already so extremely deadly with the Picatinny rails, collapsing stock and its ALL BLACK!

But if you like to do damage, you can just hire Tyrone at the Slauson swap meet he's got an arsenal and he charges by the kill. The good thing is you won't ever have to touch an illegal firearm. Makes things real clean like.
