the guy has insurance, but he has the nerve to say the accident wasnt his fault. he keeps blaming the accident on everyone except himself.


first, he was trying to blame me for going too fast, then he started blaming the 3rd car involved for being "at the wrong place at the wrong time", this guy is a complete joke. he wont accept that he was an idiot for not paying attention on the road.


my insurance paid for my car, and they informed me that they will be using their lawyers to go after the guilty party's insurance. like i said, there is a third car involved, he also acknowledges that this man was the cause of everything. there were witnesses who ran called the police and gave all their info to the police. the guy who crashed me just has no way to win... but fine.
