After almost 27 years of living I have now learned to drive a manual transmission, and in the pimpest of all vehicles too; a VanGo CMXi. Stalled it 4 or 5 times before I got decent at getting into first gear (transmission is very sloppy on the one my dept has, not sure about all of them), then after about another 20 minutes of driving I was getting into first smoothly consistently. The biggest issue I still need to work on is starting on hills of which there are plenty on campus.
Even managed to do an unintentional burnout.
VanGo CMXi
55HP
995cc
4 cylinders
4MT
No power steering
Top speed of 25mph
137.64" long
80.31" wheel base

Hah, only place 19s would fit is in the cargo bed.
I'll snap some pics of the one we have when I head home. Parking it next to a full size delivery van doesn't even really do justice to how small it is. When in it with someone over say 4' tall you want to be pretty good friends...practically sitting in each others laps.

Ha! You found the damn van my midgets took off on like a year ago. I never imagined that they'd ditch the van at your campus. So did you see any suspicious looking midgets near?

Nope, I had a 5AT that I traded in at the first of July for a Frontier. There were no 6MTs at the nearby dealerships with what I wanted and the few available had significant markups.
Didn't notice any midgets, too distracted by all the college chicks that were picking up parking permits (ah the joys of sharing a building with the parking nazis) or moving into their dorms.

at work I drive this little maintenance truck. I get to zoom around a chemical plant at 18mph in third gear in this piece of crap, but at the end of the day, I pull the cover off of my G and it's like I just bought a brand new car everyday
