I call bank of america for the 3rd time regarding a charge I am not responsible for. its for my debit card. Last time I used that shit was in Feb.
this charge is an online transaction. After 20 mins on the phone with like 3 different ppl, they bring up cust. service of the biller.
they go into detail. the charge is for some fucking porn site.
So one lady from the bank is on the line, the other lady is the biller (a 3rd party biller)
Once they say this, im like WTF?! I wouldnt pay for some shit like that. Look at my transaction history. Nothing even similar to that is on there.
N the BofA lady keeps askin: Is there anyone else who has access to your card?
I SAY NOoooooo, like 10 times.
i hope they find this motherfucker who used my damn money to whack it. I have no clue how they could get my debit card number.

A guy on A-L.com had that happen, but instead of porn it was for World Of Warcraft. lol. i guess that might be like nerd porn.

JL, you should write them a letter and put everything into writing for future documentation.
I am disturbed that it is a debit card and you should be too. For a debit card, they need your numbers as well as your PIN in order to complete the transaction. If no PIN numbers were used, then it's definitely the store/vendor messing up. If a PIN was used then I'd strongly suspect one of your roomies, especially if you write your PIN down.........
BTW if you are going to assault your roomies, please take video.

im sure they didnt use a PIN number. it was an online transaction and most sites treat a debit card just like a credit card.
what odd is that these charges are coming from out of the state, there have been like 3 stupid charges-- this is the first one thats more than a few bucks.
so i doubt it was my friends, they know better than to pay somethin like that!

damn thats some weird sh*t make sure you stay on top of it.....i had a similar issue with sprint last summer where i kept incurring charges for ringtones and games but mind you my pda phone cant dload ringtones and games so after 4 months of calling, hassling, changing my password, a trip to the sprint store, a couple hours of being on hold and threating to cut off my service....I finally stopped seeing the charges
