I know we've talked about those red light cameras before and I'm on GZ's side about them now. I got a citation in the mail showing a car, a 2006 G35x, running through a red light. It also shows you a close up of the license plate. Well everyone knows, that's not my car. The license plate was not mine, the ticket was from Delaware and it occurred during a Wed. at 10:15 am. So I'm thinking, wtf is going on. That's not my car, I can't even tell you the last time I've ever driven through Delaware, and it happened when I was at work. So anyway, what I came to find out is that it was an Infiniti loaner car. Apparently, when they ran the license plate it must have come up that it was a dealership car. They must have called the dealership and they said they loaned the car to me on that day. But I returned the car the day before....and I had the paper work to prove it. Well, the dealership ended up telling me to send them the citation and they will take care of everything for me. Which they better since its their F-up.
So if you guys take out a loaner car from the dealership, make sure they take your name off the car. I know I'll be double checking now.
Yeah, I'll definitely be in touch with the dealership since the citation is in my name.
They will confirm that I was not the driver and tell them who was so I should not have anything on my record. I believe they have to sign an Affidavit.
Don't try an act all innocent. You're guilty, just don't know of what yet!

actually I thought you were being too mouthy the other day so I called the police and told them that was you running the red light and you had a trunk full of drugs and guns that you were delivering to 8 year olds at the park. You are lucky you got off with what you did...
