Aren't you cheating on two women? The girlfriend, and the other one? Doesn't one of the women have to know?
One of the women has to be primary, so the other one knows to shut up when you get a call on the cell phone or knows not to talk too long if you are with the primary. Its also too hard to make excuses to two women, it easier if you can tell one the truth about where you are.
The primary should be suspicious but should never find out - the secondary knows and will develop little rules to give her a feeling of power in the relationship.
So ... with that all established ... the one that knows doesn't leave because she is being cheated on ... she leaves because she is tired of a relationship that isn't going anywhere.
