can these go in my car?

i think these lights are awesome, can u guys picture turning on ur car and these turn on without the lights in the on position....also i wanna get a starter (to start my car from the remote) the guy at the shop said 600 with install...viper.(getting ripped off how bad?)....i can just picture walking towards my car, it turns on and the blue lights r there the systme starts and the car rises a little (hydraulics) it be "amazing" (i dont mean ghetto hydraulics!!!! i just want the car to jump like an inch (without the wheels) when u turn it on.
