Coffee Grinders

So I'll be in need of a coffee grinder shortly since the one in the office at my current job belongs to someone else. Any recommendations on a good, yet not super expensive ($200+) burr grinder, preferably with reduction gearing?

Espresso Machines, Espresso Coffee Makers, Coffee Roasters and Grinders. They have a bunch + good info on each. I have bought grinders, espresso machines and drip coffee pots from these folks. They have very competitive pricing and are great to do business with! I have no connection with the company; just a happy customer.

Coffee is my "other" hobby. I roast my own and have several grinders. Suggestion: "Don't go cheap!" Those little handheld grinders are crapola/junk. But then you probably already know that!
