Got offered a job at the UA barely 24 hours after interviewing for it and my current employer is to have a counter offer for me early tomorrow morning. Lots of thinking to do...

Informally accepted the UA job, hopefully will formalize it tomorrow. The nail in the coffin is that even knowing for 3 weeks I was looking at leaving the school district couldn't get a counter offer beyond being proposed.
