Default steam cleaner help

ok i have 2 steam cleaners, one is a bissel little green steam whatever, and the other is a full size upright bissel. well the upright is fairly new, the little one i have had for years.
all of a sudden (within the last 2 weeks) they both stop working. everything is fine but they won't shoot out any water. i can pour water onto the carpet and suck it up, but that is just not the same. anyone know what could be wrong? i've taken the upright apart and cleaned out all of the gunk and dog hair but have not found a way to take the nozzles apart to see if that is it.

anyone have suggestions???

Call the 1-800 number and ask customer service. SOmetimes it's a known problem they can help with. Mine didn't stop working but the brush thingy fell off the little green steamer and I called and they sent me a new one. Good luck.
