I'm sad to report that I high-sided it a couple weekends ago and its int he shop now. Was riding a canyon with a bunch of friends, the guy in front of me went hard on the break going into a blind left hander, I did the same and ended up locking up the front wheel. Fortunately for me, no major injuries (other than a majorly bruised ego). Still waiting to hear from the insurance company on the repair cost...I miss my Aprilia!!!

Sorry to hear that LD. But hey, bikes as well as ego's can be fixed. Broken bodies are not so easily repairable. I'm glad you got out safe and in one piece. I've actually been really jone'n for a bike lately. I guess now that the G is gone I feel like I need a new toy. In either case, the number of years out of the saddle and the number of people I know that have been in severe accidents lately keep me from it. I still do get my share of bike mags so that keeps my interest peaked. Hope everything turns out well for you with the insurance and you get back out on the road.
