looks like it to me. if you look at the rest of his body, it doesnt look like he works out at all.....except for his arms.

it came off a bodybuilding forum, its real. He injected some oil steroid substance into the biceps only, and thats what happened

From what I remember, one of his muscles became infected due to whatever he was injecting them with and they had to cut it out. I think he's in jail now, or at least was a few ago.
