I really have a hard time believing 155 on a main street in town. I have spent plenty of seat time at 120 and above, many times in the 160's. I guess it would all depend on the street, the fastes that I know of someone being clocked on a downtown street was 126 mph. And she was a soon to be former deputy. I have run 90-125 in a Crown Vic on certain type of calls, those mostly on two lane country roads. The only time I have ever gone over 140 has been on limited access roads. Too many chances for someone to pull out in front of you because they can't judge your speed.
It's technically a highway, but it's referred to as a street. About 15 miles before any intersections, only merging lanes, and desolate at 3am. Do the math...

You have nothing to worry about, that shit used to happen to me all the time. Cops cant do anything to you unless they physically see you doing that with their own eyes. They have better things to worry about than people bitching about others doing a tad over the speed limit.
Well, having someone say they are going to report you to the cops is basically useless. I have a friend that is a DE state trooper and he told me that unless they catch someone in the act of being an aggressive driver, they really can't do anything. So I really wouldn't worry about it. Out of curiousity, where in DE do you live? I am assuming somewhere above the canal?
Yea I live in the Newark/Wilmington area.

There's nothing too much that can really be done to you other than a warning from the Police, perhaps them trying to coerce a confession from you. Personally if the Police came a calling, I tell them yes I was speeding, there was a nut job in a Caddy following me. He looked suspicious and I was trying to put a safe distance between myself and him.

Cool, I graduated from UD Jan. 2005. I'm in Pike Creek. I always keep an eye out for a fellow G35 driver. I don't think they will adopt the Jeep wave from when I used to have my Wrangler but I always at least try to nod my head.

Yeah that reminds me of saturday afternoon, finally a sunny day above 50 degrees so I'm driving around this neighborhood at, I swear 28 in a 25, and this lady comes running out of her garage and yells "slow down!". I left some skidmarks in front of her house, which just pissed her off more.
