They usually are negligent. I would say in very few cases are they a true accident.

Put a Century Arms assembled FN FAL metric on lay away earlier today. Looks to be in excellent mechanical condition with the only problem being really cheap looking furniture which i'll replace at some point.

My Mosin Nagant came with one, the FAL I'll download. I saw several copies on FAL dedicated sites.

www.surplusrifle.com looked to have a lot of good info on many old milsurp guns.
