that's really strange because if they have a routing problem you should not be able to get to them because we're really close geographically and we're probably getting to the same server
can you do me a favor and open a command prompt and type "ping google.com"... you will get a 4-token number xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx can you get me that number please?

okay nevermind... it looks like they're having a DNS refresh issue or something. i can get to it by IP addy but not by name... Gmail still doesnt work tho...

you go to Start --> run --> type "cmd"
or use the 'Windows' button (the one that has the windows symbol on it) along with 'r' and then type 'cmd'
