So here I am at college in the lovely town of Gainesville, driving back from my economics test with 3 of my friends in the car when...
BAM!
This guy behind me decides that he doesn't like the fact that I got in front of him in the turning lane so he decides to run into the back of me.
HIT!
I pull over to the side a little bit, and he pulls up next to me cursing, I ask if he is going to pull over and recieve the ever-so-eloquent replay of "F-a-UUUUck No I ain't pullin' ova'" (this guy was obviously a scholar). He drives right on by... He thought it would be a good idea to
RUN!
So I, like the good car-insurance possessing individual that I am... wasn't going to stand for this moron's stupidity and
RAN
after him. Got his license, car make and model, and proceded to call the local authorities.

Consequently, I think that my fellow citizen of lesser societal standing (white trash) and moral fortitude (coward) will be rather shocked when the 6'2" 300lb. officer goes to knock on his door in the next hour or two.

I kind of feel sorry for the guy because our bumpers are expensive, not including the fact that more than just the bumper often needs to be replaced. Just think, he won't be able to afford another Miller Light for at least 3 months after the court case is settled.

P.S. If any of you are insulted by my stereotypical comments regarding "white trash," please remember that this guy completely disrespected me and his fellow citizens by running from the scene of the wreck. If this isn't consolation enough, let some 'tard run into the back of your G and tell me that you don't have the same sentiments

Damn, that sucks, I hope he has insurance. I would also press for the hit and run, he will love that rap.

Can't I take it to civil court if he doesn't have insurance? Or am I hoping for too much? I am not "well-versed" in law, but I tend to know some of the basics.

I don't know much about the law in this case either, but, let's assume the guy's a total loser. No insurance. No money. If that's the case, I'm not sure how he pays for the damage? They could throw him in jail, but that won't help you. Any insight from any lawyers here?

I ain't fucking around. I fully plan on being in charge and those that annoy me really will face death camps. Sadly, most folk annoy me. I have every intention of reducing the population by 80%.

Sorry to hear about that rlipps. I would be irate if someone hit my G. I'd probably chase him down and kick his ass. Oh, and the white trash comment really offended me. I'm white trash! Not all us white trash hit and run....Haha just kidding. I have the feeling he dosen't have insurance. If he does...hows your neck?[^]
