I would have invited him too! He's hung out with my cousin and me before a few times, he would of had a lot to grub on and fellow USC fans to hang out with.
So #2, how did your turkey dinner come out? Your menu sounded tasty man
The skin was so good.....the meat could've used more marinade though, I eased off on the marinade this year becasue my chick said she could taste some of the beer in the leftover turkey last year....my greens were a tad salty but not too bad....other than that it was pretty good....
Damn mang, my mouth just watered at the thought of your dinner and I was totally over turkey too.
I've never tried fried turkey and I've been wanting to forever. I don't know anyone crazy enough to deep fry one.
I've been frying it for the past 3-4 years, never once had a problem with it. Just be sure your turkey is completely defrosted if it was frozen and it is dry. When you lower the turkey into the fryer, do so slowly and keep an eye on it every 5-10minutes and make sure its between 325-350 degrees and you should be fined. Takes less than an hour to cook the most juiciest turkey...
A pretty big stock pot and a portable stove....like the ones they use for tailgating.....they sell it all in a kit....and about 3 gallons of peanut oil..
gamma and 514-The Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays are kinda tough for me. Has nothing to do with being solo. Just stuff having to do with family . . . .
