What I think happened is that dude bought the turbo kit basically on credit (not stolen credit cards as was EVEN confirmed by tim) and later decided he either couldn't pay for it or didn't want it anymore and tried selling the parts to pay back SFR. I imagine he was not aware of the legal repercussions of selling parts he only put a down payment on. This would definately look fraudulent to SFR, but I doubt that it was intentional. If anything they will get it settled in/out of court and I don't forsee dude having to worry about dropping the soap anytime soon...

Yeah, I think dude has too much of a level head on him to steal credit cards. It seems that if his stocks shit is true, coming up with the money isn't an issue, they just probably got into an argument about something.
let's hope so, i like "dude" and it would be a shame if he ripped someone off, it's just hard to believe....but in this day and age you never know.....
