I agree with you. Its not a crime and they are not "stolen" goods. He should take him to small claims court if he wants his money back. And we don't know Tim.
exactly. and this is one of the VERY few times i've gotten mad on this forum... but Tim just seems like a toolbag to me. i mean really he should post his UPS account info a few more times.. because i really want to see it more.
but yeah... we don't know tim. for all we know he has super tied up in his basement doing homoish things to him. maybe that's why he's not responding.
i just hope you all don't read into tim too much... but even if i turn out to be wrong and super broke the law and wronged tim... then i still don't give a shit... i just don't like the guy.
