I did read that original thread in driver. I would still like to hear his side of the story regarding this.
his side of the story was based solely on tim and tim did not back him up for a single second. dude didnt deny the accusations, only the part about him going to steal members money or w/e.... silence is guilt

The original thread that you started was about dude using stolen credit cards to buy the parts which was NEVER proven. TurboTim never cleared dude but he also never said it was true. It's obvious that this situation has nothing to do with stolen credit cards which is what your original thread was about. If dude hasn't paid SFR, then he needs to own up to it and take care of his responsibility. You though need to slow your roll because this is none of your business and you were still wrong. TurboTim is one of the parties directly involved so I don't think anyone has a problem with him starting threads and posting about it. You on the other hand have nothing to do with this and your threads about stolen credit cards do nothing but make the situation worse. You need to mind your own business cuz it has NOTHING to do with you. Like JL said, innocent until proven guilty!

You were wrong because you were getting 3rd hand information about stolen credit cards that was incorrect. It wasn't your place to start a thread that gave incorrect information that didn't even involve you. TurboTim has every right because he is directly involved. i don't know the story so i shouldnt be involved... however, tim has now involved everyone on driver and 6mt... so whatever... but the way i see things.. and without going into detail... super got products from him that were partially paid for with a "loose commitment" on repayment of the rest.

I agree with you. Its not a crime and they are not "stolen" goods. He should take him to small claims court if he wants his money back. And we don't know Tim.
