For those who remember- This shindig has taken many different faces so far.... I'm not taking sides or rushing to judgement but I would like to stress one thing.....

Innocent until proven guilty- that is the way our system is designed.

From a falsely accused person (acquitted by a jury actually) to the general public- SHIT HAPPENS- IT happens lol- just wanted to remind the population of this....

true....but you think he would say something to us to clear some things up.....like this shit isnt true and hes trying to work it out....or this is a misunderstanding. he probably just hasnt been online yet.

i guess you never saw my original thread on the situation... it would explain it all... the guy that he claimed that was supposed to come and prove him innocent is TurboTim and you can see from his posts that that is not the case.

I did read that original thread in driver. I would still like to hear his side of the story regarding this.

Kind of off topic but I would assume partially paying for an item and never paying the remaining balance would be considered stealing. I just imagine if I paid 10 cents for a 500 dollar part as a down payment and never pay the balance I would be considered a thief. Of course this is an exaggerated scenario.

Whether its considered stealing or not this is forming to be a bad situation. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly.
