Doood, I dig your list. Okay, I'm gonna make mine now!
yea im not. But in NJ u need a permit. After i went to FL one time and shot some guns with one of my family members, ive been trying to get one. The only way around it is a concealed weapons permit, which u need to go through a long process to get

too bad if i get one of you guys i cant buy you ammo
I plan on putting more non-gun related stuff on the list shortly, those are just the things I could think of off the top of my head. I'm sure Gamma will have non gun stuff as well.

It's a bad idea to buy and ship ammo, unless you are buying a can. Phelan's guns could be really finicky about what goes through it. Plus shipping ammo interstate could get a bit tricky and it'll have to go ground or sea.

A permit just to own? WTF! Surprised that hasn't been challenged on being a constitutional violation. Here the only permits I'd need would be for concealed carry and if I owned any Class III items.
And excuse my ignorance... but is it really possible to send ammo and/or related items through the mail or a delivery service?
Yep its legal, UPS and FedEX will ship it; I don't know about USPS though. An alternative to actually buying ammo would be a gift cert to a place like CheaperThanDirt.
It's not a good idea. There are other ramifications like if you bought and shipped alcohol to someone and they got in an accident.

Yes you can. You cannot fly the ammo however. Some states might require that you ship to an FFL. That's the point in this......there are a lot of states involved and what's legal in one might not be OK in another.
