Apologies for the delay. Beanie and I have gone back and forth and agreed that you will all know who your xchange person will be by this Friday, December 1st, if not sooner. This should give you ample time to go out and by their gifts.

Question we were both pondering . . . should Beanie or myself ask to be copied (CC) on tracking numbers? We want this to go as smoothly as possible and we want everyone to be puncutal with their delivery dates, so that's why we ask.

Or should we just trust all of you to send your gifts on time, accordingly?

Better to send tracking numbers. In my case however I may have to go USPS, if not the shipping will almost be as much as the gift.

cc of tracking numbers and info would be a reasonable request.

better to have it and not need it than the other way around.

as for GZire using regular mail, i don't see why you can't. I was planning on doing the same thing

USPS allows tracking of their packages. Simply ask for the "Delivery Conformation" option. It's less than a buck (~$0.50).
