Bruce Lee's striking speed from 60cm (24 inches) away was five hundredths of a second. (Glover[12])
Bruce did one-hand push ups using only 2 fingers.
Bruce was able to break a 250 kg (764 lbs) bag with a sidekick, and could easily destroy a 750 lbs dense peice of concrete. (Coburn[12])
Bruce's famous "One Inch Punch" was able to knock back and off balance a 200lb man into a chair, using only 1 inch of striking distance. The target stands with their feet squared and is unable to turn to a sideways stance because of the chair being in the way, thus being knocked off balance.
Bruce was able to hold a 57 kg (125 lb) barbell at arms length in front of him (with elbows locked) for several seconds. (Little[15])
It was reported that Bruce Lee had one of the lowest ever recorded pulse rates per minute in human history, illustrating his extreme physical conditioning. An average resting pulse rate per minute is between 64 and 72, and an athletes pulse rate is between 40 and 60. At his peak, Bruce Lee's was 18.

^^^True. I had sent one of our guys in for a physical. His resting heart beat was something like 40. I had to ask twice for the number. He is not in the greatest of shapes and that physical kept him out of work for a couple of weeks until he went to see a cardiologist.

there's lots of BS said about bruce lee. who knows whether most of the stuff is true or not (i am not saying what you posted is not true) but there's lots of BS about him.
the man was extremely external and did not balance his training at all. he pushed himself too much and ended up dying so young!
his bday was 2 days ago too btw
It was also no secret that he experimented with steroids back in the days. Not much were known of the long term side effects, but we now know it is extremely detrimental to one's pulmonary system.
