Thats a tough question. I'm an auto (and motorcycle) enthusiast and computer geek. I've been involved with car forums since 2001. We (me and a couple friends) saw an opportunity to help Brad out with the site here and help it grow.
So, we think we've added a few members to the team here to help the site improve.

Well, I hope we have some growth at the site here and with growth comes the need for more moderators. However, its not my decision and its up to the entire team. I would imagine we would take a vote on new moderators and who we think would make a good addition.
