Is it me, or is it getting pretty quiet in the forum these days. I guess many of our members are in school so beginning a new semester/quarter is keeping many members busy. I would have thought that an addition of the new sedan this year would have infused some new blood and fervor for the car, but I guess it hasn't caught on yet.
Is it me or does the new sedan look like a car that an older guy/girl would drive compared with the older model? I know it's got a lot more class but that could also detract the young folks from wanting to buy it. I know there aren't many on the roads yet, but something has to explain why the new sedan isn't flying off the shelves. Which is what a salesman told me at the dealer. Hmm... Infiniti's drive to take the new G upmarket is driving off the younger buyers??? Or maybe everyone is just waiting for the coupe? I'd seriously doubt that after having seen the affection sedan owners have for their cars.

Incorrect Zoomers. What we are experiencing currently is the vacuum left by the postwhores................Hexx, Smoke, 514, #2. They are currently over at Hexx's SoCal forum. It took them exactly one day to kill the karma postings (applaud/smite). That was an option that I abused, but they went so overboard it was disabled.
As always the gheyness continues as does the short PW answers. This in turn promted more action from a pretty cool guy over there (no not Hexx) to reign them in a bit more.
They remarked that they liked it so much better over there to which I replied they should stay there and I'll stay here.
My prediction...............they will be back, like true addicts they will not be able to stay away.

It's quiet because a lof of the post whores split because they felt they were being unjustly ridiculed for their behavior (see "stop the gayness" thread). So they went to SoCalG35.com to whore it up and leave 6mt for a while. The irony is that 514 and Superdude both followed. They went on a post whoring tantrum and subsequently got banned - TWICE Furthermore, Hexx himself had to say, "stop whoring so much". It was all to funny.
I haven't seen the new sedan in person yet to give an opinion. When I do, I'll post my .02 cents.
No kidding? I didn't know they got banned. Well hell man, I should have started calling Hexx ghey then and he would have banned me. Crap I've been trying to get banned for weeks and those guys accomplish that inside of a couple of days?!!!???

I think the sedan does have a more "mature" look to it in some respects. I kind of like the headlights in the front but think the back is too rounded. The top part reminds me of the coupe and the bottom reminds me of a Maxima kind of. I don't think i've seen any on the road yet... is it even out?
I think it's quiet these days because I believe some members have decided to go on strike

They got banned because they kept up their one word posts and just went nuts everywhere, including the coupe and sedan sections. They got banned, and then they figured out they could use another IP address and then they came back with the word "banned" as their signature Then they got banned again.

Well it's very M35-ish looking, much in the vein of a GS car. To me, it is more of an older crowd designed car and I think the sedan was always that way.
I'm not so sure that the sedan really appealed to the younger crowd with the coupe out in the market. By far the coupe is the dominant G35 down here and when I do see a sedan it's usually an older guy driving it. Even with the coupes I see old guys driving it too (older than me anways).

Hahahahaha.... Ahhhhhhh.... Now I see. Those guys man. They should try to make some money doing what they do best. I remember a buddy of mine who worked for google used to have a job similar to that. He'd go to web sites to create a stir to get more hits or something to that effect. Crazy huh, he made piles of money while he worked for them which is common at google. You should see their offices here in Santa Monica.
Anyway, I now understand why it's been so quiet over here. I'm not surprised that they got banned, more than once, to boot.

Superdude and 514 went nuts over there. They were like kids in a candy store. Over there, if you post in the off-topic section it doesn't add to your post count, so they started jacking threads in other places. This made George and others take action.
Hmm, I was thinking the same thing, it got really slow around here, then I looked at TOT, and the first post I see is, it is getting slow around here. I guess I didn't realized the hex #2 smoke and 514 posted soo much. Not too big into the TOT. So their accounts are erased?? Is GZ #1 in posts?
