Damn THX, now you just hit a nerve! That's some awsome stuff. Now I'm wishing I had a bike again. I get so close to just picking one up.

Yeah I know ... and I'm also wishing I have a bike looking at the new Honda GP bike. That's some real art packaging the exhaust plumbings under the bike, all while preserving the ideal volume, length, bore size, etc.

I can't wait to see how it really performances in the field next year.

In the mean time ... go Nicky!

Hey THX, are you a Nicky fan? I'm a big fan of Val Rossi. I honeslty think that he's an equivalent to an A. Senna in the field of motorcylce racing. That kid just can't be beat.

I'm the party pooper..............when I was young, my uncle almost bought the big one. After a couple of weeks in the hospital, I pretty much decided never to buy a bike. As cool as they are the accident that kills you will probably not be your fault.

I do like Rossi and he is definitely on the level of Senna on two wheels. I am however a Honda fan (it was perfect before Rossi jumped ship), so naturally I'm currently rooting for Nicky.

Totally agree which is why I don't currently own any bikes. I've talked myself out of one on countless occassions over the years. Every rider I know of has laid it down at least one time one way or another. :shivers:

Well I can attest to how dangerous bikes can be. I've had, let's see... umm... 6 bikes in my life time. Started at 15 in high school with a Honda Hurricane. One which I hid in my friend's garage for a year. Used to walk to his house to ride the bike to school. Funny thing was, my school was closer than his house was. My first love is bikes and still is to a certain point. I've had numerous accidents and several near death ones. I have the scars to prove it. After my last near fatal accident, the death of one of my very close friends on his GSX-R and my mother near having a nervous breakdown I threw in the towel.

Funny THX, I too am a huge fan of Honda. Too bad they aren't doing too well in F1 at the moment.

Well thanks for that reality check again Zoom, because I was really starting to get the itch again (the wanting is a cyclical occurance with me). Most people that know me well are all very surprised that I don't already own a bike. That is one demon that I'm proud of have control over ... but I'm not sure how long I can hold out.

Yay fellow Honda fan!

Don't fret Zoom. Coming off the maiden fist win two races ago, Honda F1 is actually looking strong for the final three races (Shanghai this weekend). The special '07 spec engine is in and looking pretty promising during testing over the weekend; posting the best times. I remain optimistic and hopeful.

For some reason, it could be the fact that I owned several Honda/Acura cars during my teenage years, I have an affinity towards Honda. It was hightened when they put out their the "little engine that could" VTEC motors. Yeah, I basically love all Honda stuff. I hope to become wealthy enough, one day, to purchase their jets.

Oh, by the way, my most prized Honda possession was a Honda RC45 limited edition superbike. Unfortunately, I got it stolen from my apt. in college. I'd like to find the a**hole and hang him up by his ball hairs.

Ditto. It's the characteristic egineering philosophies that drove me towards Honda. I also feel the same way with BMW, which I believe you also share. How about that TT 335 ... wow! I think I'm going to test drive it again.

The Honda Jet is very interesting. I followed it since their initial development back in the mid 90s. We shall see how it all pans out.
