.... apparently it's bad to be going 88 in a 75 while cutting across 3 lanes on the highway. Quite shockingly, the cop did not give me a ticket but instead just let me off with a warning I think that's the first time I've been shown leniency and gotten off without a ticket. Happy Friday!
lol, no this was in the morning on the way to work. Dude didn't get me on radar but paced me instead. It was one of those stealth SUV's with no markings and no lights on the exterior. They actually put them inside the front grill and modify the head/tail lights so there is no way of telling unless you see the unifrormed officer inside. I think he just didn't feel like doing any paperwork lol.
And yeah, it's cool, Colorado is one of the few states that has speed limits up to 75
Oh yeah, my drive to work is AWESOME! I work in Castle Rock which is a bit seperated from the suburbs of Denver so there is NO traffic. It's a 3-4 lane highway that winds down the foothills with some nice sweepers and straight aways. Kinda hard not to speed lol
They just got some freshies up in Aspen today- about 4 inches actually. Hit me up when you're coming out and maybe we can hit a mountain or two. One of my favorites is Vail because the runs are so wide open. It's a bit longer drive but well worth it IMO.
