well im back home and its ridiculous because anywhere else in the world u can get a whole bottle of vodka for 4 dollars.

a meal also goes for 5 or so dollars for some high class stuff.

You move and more than likely you'll run into other problems.............like salary doesn't keep pace, inflation is rising rather unchecked, a lot of your money goes to taxes (more than us), and you wake up in the middle of the night getting groped by men that look like Hexx................................it's been nice knowing you.

Chances are in the places you can get a $4 bottle of vodka, you'd need it to drown you sorrows over the other elements of the society.

Fact is that much of the cost of our alcohol (among other things) is due to taxes, etc. I, for one, would rather spend a bit more for goods and services (that includes gasoline) and live in a country that provides for the standard of living we enjoy. I still haven't found another country I'd rather live in. Sure it isn't cheap here, but that's the price of living in a developed economy with all that America has to offer.

Hey, and you can always bring back up to a quart of your favorite beverage on your next trip.
