3 shitty visits to millenium infiniti in manhasset. I'd rather not go into the details because it raises my blood pressure.
1st time - Fix fuel pump recall issue:
gave me a g35x loaner that was dirty (crumbs and crap everywhere), smelled, a/c blew heat.
had to drive with the windows down or I'd gag
2nd time - CD player broke, kept saying "Check Disc" and Passenger Seat shorted out, won't slide forward:
parked, walked in, asked what do I do. girl says "sign in and have a seat"
after an hour and half in the waitingroom, went to ask how much longer
receptionist says,"who did you give your keys to?"

"they're in my pocket. . . you said to sign in and have a seat."
after spending 9:30am - 3pm being stranded at the dealer, I see them washing my car.
So they're done, I take the keys, ask the lady if it's okay to go. Don't want to be missing anything else.
She says it's fine. I drive off. find out the seat still doesn't work. THEY FORGOT TO FIX IT!
I rush back and the guy says "oh no, we ordered the part. it's on your work order."
WTF, I JUST DROVE BACK HERE FOR NOTHING.
3RD VISIT - FIXING THE DAMN CHAIR
this time, i hand the keys to the attendant, walked in, "i'm here for servicing." different lady gives me attitude, "you have an appointment?" whatever, I sign in and they call my name like 10 minutes later. (fine. i'm ok with that.) No Loaner, shouldn't take more than an hour and half to two hours. Fine. No loaners, nothing I can do about it. I'm going to Macy's down the street. Call my cell when you're done.
After wandering around and spending what's left of my paycheck at Macy's, I come back to see my car being washed. I walk in and sit down. no one calls my name. after 10 min, see my coupe parked in the lot. I go to the receptionist and make her aware of the fact. another lady says "yea the service guy had an emergency, he had to leave. paul (another rep) will have to write you up." whatever. fine. i'll wait.
after 15 minutes. I start pacing, lady sees me getting impatient. gets my keys, comes over and says, "sorry for the delay. we'll mail you the reciept." On my way out, I see 3 fucking loaners in the drive way.
I'm utterly disgusted at the service I've been getting with this dealership. My cousin in Indiana has a g35x and they bring a loaner to her house, swap keys and bring her car back for [get this!] an OIL CHANGE! WTF!? I mean. I get transferred to service and no one answers, I have to hang up and call the switchboard a few more times, just to make a damn appointment and she gets door to door service.
alright so the 3rd experience was forgivable. the dude had a death in the family or he got sick, fine. but I'm still going to write a letter to infiniti complaining about the level of service at this place. what should I say? Any advice or input would be appreciated [especially from Da_Mayor].
