So what kind of an Asshole cop does it take to give me ANOTHER citation for the same exact shit?? I even got an extension for the original and told him about it, he said:
"This (the 1st citation) is not a permit to drive your vehicle legally"
I mean wtf?! I DID NOT KNOW that I could get fined again since the first time the cop told me I had till a certain day to get everything taken care of..?
Has this happened to anyone? I really want to argue this one in court, I honestly did not know I could get ANOTHER citation when the 1st office told me I had a certain time to get things done... what the hell man..........

Damn, sorry to hear about it JL. Yep, it can happen but you must have run into a ass of a cop because if you tell them that you've already been cited they'll usually let you go since you'll most likely resolve the issue any way. The thing is they are not obligated to NOT give you another ticket and can cite you again. Sucks, but good luck.
