Well apparently the Sgt has told his boys to crack down on tint since some old bastage complained about it recently.

I'm an architect, not a cop. Not lying. Trust me, I've hated cops more then my share. I'm currently wearing an ankle bracelet for those interested. it's just a stupid thing to be crying about. It's illegal tint. he got a ticket, couldn't afford to pay the ticket the first time. Now got another one and is crying about this one. Like I said, it's not a hard fix. Pay the tickets or take it off. It has nothing to do with me liking cops, lying to myself or trying to be a good guy. I would think anyone who spent a week in the county jail with in the last 3 months doesn't have a special place in their heart for cops. It's just funny to me that he has a hard time understanding why he got another ticket. Maybe because it's illegal.

I could afford to pay the 1st one. I procrastinated, I got an extension so I could get the bracket, which I will hit up Hexx for. Even so, I didnt know I could be fined EVERY single day for not having corrected the violation.

N yeah SoCal has many hipanics.. not once you pass certain County lines tho_

I gottcha. That's right, the first one was for the license plate. If the cops are bored, unfortunately they're going to keep getting you. Pretty much sucks.

That blows. I don't know why they don't allow any. I can understand our laws here. Ithink it's %30 is legal so you can see through them. For cops safety. but none at all, I don't get that. The front plate is a law here and I don't have mine on and have never been messed with. Crazy you've gotten it twice. granted, the Dallas police have a lot of better things to be doing. Like taking my ass to jail.

I am interested to know why you are wearing an ankle bracelet... also, i always wondered how does one effectively shower w/ one of those things... the area it's covering, unless properly washed, probably smells mokey as hell!!

You should be able to take it off fairly easy yourself. Just get some ahdesive remover and go to town.

It's water proof. You just can't submerge it. Can't take a bath or swim with it. Showering is of course okay. It's on loose enough that you can soap underneath it pretty easily. It's not small though. Weighs almost a pound. This one is on for a DWI I got in January. Fun stuff.
