^^^I should rephrase (once again), what I mean by the best odds.

The best payout odds are in craps. Backing up your bet on the pass line is a must. You could get anywhere from 3x, to 6x your craps bet simply by backing up your bet on the pass line.

I always ride the 9, play the horn frequently, and always always always, bet the hard number if an even number is the mark.
