yah you should think it over... RE is a great investment but it's a big step and you never wanna just jump into it. The market is cooling... And I say before you buy...find out how long the average time is for a house to be on the market before it sells.

And I can't stress it enough... but READ EVERYTHING before you sign. I work for a Lender and it's freaking crazy how no body ever reads what they're signing. ....

Where I work you mainly see them on bank owned or foreclosed properties.
