holy crap these cards are small ... i didn't realize how small till i got mine a week ago ... freakin 512 than a finger nail ... i dunno, i get excited by these things

I think its a mistake making them that small...you ever take it out of the device you're liable to loss it.

they're used primarily for cell phones, so you wont be taking it out that often.....and when you do take it out, most of the time you're putting it in a regular sd adapter.....so its not too bad......

Those things are sweet. I take it you have it in a SLVR or something? My phone uses the miniSD, and they aren't that small luckily. I got the 2gb, and it isn't inside the phone, so if it popped out, I would be pissed.

i just ordered that new Casio camera (the thinnest one) in orange.. i think it uses that size card... i forget.. it comes tomorrow...

wtf it only supports GPRS? pretty lame since EDGE has been around 2 or 3 years and UTMS about a year in the US market.

almost certain that it's not officially sold in the US yet so I'm guessing he got an unlocked one he can use on any GSM network provider (Cingular or T-Mobile)

yea, that's the one thing that sucks about it....but i'm hoping that some future firmware updates would allow it to connect with EDGE.......

i'm not good with cell phone technologies... I have Cingular now... so could i just activate the phone with Cingular?

Yep, wouldn't even have to talk to them. Just pop your SIM card in.
