Wow. I always say thank you when someone holds the door for me. Now if a beautiful girl like ggirl holds a door for me, I say thank you and offer to buy them a drink to return the favor.

No it's usually at the mall or at the grocery store or something like that. Work they usually do say thanks.

Yea, love the ppl who don't hold the door or don't say thank you when you hold the door or ppl who cut in line. They think the world revolves around them. Hate those kind of ppl. No courtesy or respect for other ppl. I just wasn't raised that way.
Guys also are always supposed to open and/or hold the door for women and let them go first. That's basic respect for women in general. Makes me sad when I see other ppl not even do that.

YES!!!!

Relatives or co-workers, friends or acquiantances - every female that enters my G gets the door opened for her. It's just simple courtesy man.

For example, if I'm in a car with a woman who's driving, I never let them pump their own gas when we pull into a gas station. Ever. I always insist on doing it.

Same thing about opening doors for a lady or the elderly, or standing up when a woman leaves the table in a restaurant.

Chivalry is not dead. I wasn't raised that way I guess.
