trent reznor is NIN... however i wouldn't go as far to say that they change every year. some were there for almost 10 years. although trent does have lots of issues... he lost many best friends from the band. he was good friends with chris vrenna from the beginning.. he fucked that up... charlie clouser is a genious.. he fucked that up.
i'm sure you know that Richard Patrick was an original member (before PHM) but left and eventually went to form Filter. he wanted his own band.
the new guys are really good tho... and they enjoy playing together...
in trent's defense.. he did need to get away from lots of those people.. they were into things that he was trying to get out of... he had to break that off.
jeordie white is AMAZING on bass.
aaron north is just crazy on guitar.. and a blast to watch the shit he does with the guitar
the band as a whole plays together probably better than i have ever seen... well compared to the 1999 shows.
some old members were very talented on their own.. but these just mesh well together.
of course trent IS nin. but you gotta give ANYONE credit that can put up with Trent's bullshit.
